The payment process

From application to enrolment.

    Submit your application

    Complete the online application and choose your programme and study mode.

  2. 2

    Confirm your place

    Pay your first instalment to confirm your registration. Your first instalment confirms your place.

  3. 3

    Use your Omang as reference

    When you pay into the iAB account, use your Omang number (or passport number) as the payment reference.

  4. 4

    Submit proof of payment

    Submit your proof of payment through the approved registration channel.

  5. 5

    Verification & enrolment

    Once payment is verified and admission conditions are met, you're enrolled.

What students ask about fees.

What is due when I apply?

Your first instalment confirms your registration. You can also pay the full fee up front.

Are instalments available?

Yes. Both study modes can be paid across three instalments. Your first instalment confirms your place; the second and third are due by the 7th calendar day of the applicable month.

What if I miss an instalment?

A late payment fee of P100 per month applies for each overdue instalment while it remains outstanding. Contact us early if you are struggling. We would rather agree an arrangement than charge a late fee.

Are study materials included?

Yes. Study materials are included in the course fee for both modes.

Are there examination or reassessment charges?

Programme fees cover your first assessment attempt. Reassessment costs P800 per reassessment attempt.

When is my certificate released?

Assessment results, examination results and certificates may be withheld until your account is fully settled. A certificate is not awarded while fees remain outstanding.

Can my employer pay?

Yes. Choose 'employer-funded' when you apply and we'll issue an invoice. See our For Employers page for HRDC levy funding.
