HRDC accreditation is what allows employers to consider iAB training under levy-funded skills development.

What this does and does not mean

What it means. iAB is an accredited education and training provider. Programmes are designed, delivered, assessed and moderated under that accreditation, and certificates are issued by Insurance Academy of Botswana.

What it does not mean. These are education and training accreditations. They are not a financial-services licence, and iAB does not claim accreditation, approval, endorsement or alignment from any financial-services regulator. Whether a particular qualification meets a specific licensing or regulatory requirement is a matter for that regulator and your employer, not for us to assert.

We state this plainly because overstated accreditation claims are common in training marketing, and they are worth nothing to you if an employer checks them.
